What different between full time and part time
Employment period
Part-time: Because of setting period of employment, they may not be able to continue the work.
Full-time: In general, there is no fixed term of employment, so they can work until retirement.
Salary
Part-time: NOT increase pay less. It is difficult to keep the salary.
Full-time: Typically, there are raising the salary up and also bonus in full-time job.
Welfare facilities
Part-time: If they meet certain conditions, they can get welfare facilities. But it is a difficult because they quit the job before meeting certain conditions.
Full-time: Even if the company went bankrupt, they are able to get employment insurance until you find the new job.
Working time
In fact, there are no differences between the full-time and part-time workers in working time. But full-time workers are more permanents, some future proofing and treatments than part-time workers.
